Dr Catherine Best is Lecturer (Statistician) at NMAHP RU’s Stirling campus. Catherine’s research focus is primarily methodological and her skills are in the areas of quantitative data analysis and statistics. Catherine has been employed in health research for over 15 years and has worked on projects involving survey data analysis, analysis of linked administrative data sets, and conduct and analysis of randomized controlled trials. She has also co-authored a number of systematic reviews. Catherine obtained her PhD from the University of Edinburgh in 2007 and has a BSc from the University of Manchester.
