Kathryn is a research assistant who joined the Unit in 2021. Her main research interests are related to health inequalities. She is currently working on the Game of Stones study, an NIHR-funded trial looking at weight loss interventions in men.
She obtained her MSc in Public Health Research from the University of Aberdeen in 2016. She is working on her PhD due for completion in 2021 at the University of Glasgow looking at food insecurity among single men in Scotland. Prior to working in research, Kathryn worked in community health in the North East of Scotland.
